2. Women & Heart Disease - Risk recognition and reduction | Deborah Warshawsky, RN, MSN, ACNP-BC and Denise Pecora, RN, MSN, CRNP, EMT-P
Many women believe cancer is their greatest threat …they are wrong!   Nearly twice as many women in the United States die of heart disease and stroke than any form of cancer, including breast cancer.  Learn how to identify the signs and symptoms of heart disease and what steps you can take toward prevention.

3. Creatively Capturing Life’s Moments | Introduction to Digital Photography | Carolyn Watson
Quick tips on how to take memorable photographs with a digital camera.  Insights into camera settings; composition; and what to do with your photos once a digital camera captures them.

4. Drive for Show, Putt for Dough | Barbara Thompson, USGTF Teaching Professional
Get hints and tips on putting fundamentals to help you get rid of the frustrations and lower your score.  Learn some drills and try out different styles of putters.  Equipment will be provided or you can bring your own putter.  Class size limited.

Learn how to set up a home network, how to spot fake emails (phishing, spoofs), and tips on responsible e-mail forwarding and myth debunking using Snopes.

3. Why Does My Dog Do That?
Is your dog digging? Acting out? Aggressive? Any and all dog issues are up for discussion. Ask dog behaviorist and columnist Joy Freedman in an open Q&A correcting your pet’s aggression and anxiety behaviors. Breed-specific behaviors, and kitty quandaries also welcome!

Tired of trying and failing whenever you start a fitness program?  This seminar will review the reasons we are inspired to start those programs and why we often fail.  We will design a program that avoids those pitfalls and will allow you to finally succeed at your goal of starting and staying on a fitness program.

2. Top Challenges Facing Women in Business Today | Marti Austin & Barb Fishel
Exercises and discussion will focus on what women typically do to short-circuit their careers.  Learn how to recognize these traits in yourself, how they affect the business environment in which you work, and what you may or may not want to do about it.

Even if you’ve never danced before, learn some basic line dances.
